Lindsey Harmon

Lindsey Harmon joined Nexstar Media Group, Inc., as Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Human Resources – Employment on April 1, 2023. She provides guidance and oversight on all aspects of the company’s human resources functions including employment, employee relations and training.

Previously, Ms. Harmon served in various legal and human resources leadership roles for a variety of companies in diverse industries, including Discovery Channel and Pier 1 Imports. Prior to that, she spent seven years as a Labor & Employment and Litigation attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, during which time she gained a broad range of experience representing corporate clients.

Ms. Harmon received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from Baylor Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
