Nexstar Broadcasting Group purchased KGCW, a CW affiliate, from Grant Communications on December 1, 2014. KGCW is branded as the Quad Cities’ CW. This youthful network is home to proven hit shows The Flash, All-American, and Riverdale and new classics like Superman & Lois and Nancy Drew.
KGCW’s syndicated programming includes The Simpsons, Family Guy, Two and a Half Men, and Last Man Standing. Sports fans can also enjoy Green Bay Packers Preseason Football and a number of weekly shows affiliated with the Green Bay Packers, the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) girls and boys basketball playoff and championship games and the IHSA football playoffs and championship games.
