Nexstar has operated KNWA since late 2003. Nexstar changed the call letters of two stations to strategically relaunch KNWA with a focus on Northwest Arkansas (NWA). KNWA is proud to cover NWA, which is often ranked among the best places in America to live and work, according to publications like Forbes magazine and US News & World Report. The station also features a strong focus on weather, as well as the largest sports team in the state, the Razorback Nation. The station’s syndicated programming includes Entertainment Tonight and Judge Judy.
